The electric abstracts and the online Zoom link information will be available through the PROGRAM page from September 4 (Sun). Your own registration ID and password are necessary to access the information. [Sept. 2, 2022]
[Updated information] ISCSI-IX will be held in a hybrid style (face-to-face/on-site and online), taking into account the current COVID-19 situation in Japan. In particular, domestic participants and attendee are welcome to attend on-site at Nagoya University, but online participation and attendee are also possible. Details on how to participate online will be emailed to registered authors and participants by mid-August. [July 28, 2022].
The 9th International Symposium on Control of Semiconductor Interfaces (ISCSI-IX) will be held in Nagoya, Japan, from September 5th to 8th, 2022. Aiming for global collaboration dedicated to semiconductor interfaces, ISCSI series first commenced in Karuizawa, Japan, 1993. Continuing the series in 1996, 1999, 2002 in Karuizawa, in 2007 in Hachiouji, Japan, in 2013 in Fukuoka, Japan, and in 2016 in Nagoya, Japan, and in 2019 in Sendai, Japan, ISCSI has been established itself as a platform where we discuss research results on semiconductor interfaces, exchange information, and promote them for future semiconductor science and technology. The ISCSI-IX primarily brings together leading-edge researchers and other interested parties in the field of science and engineering of semiconductor interfaces and related matters.

The notification of acceptance will be announced in early August.
