Visa Information

If you need a visa to enter Japan, please begin the application process as soon as possible. We will help one presenter for each presentation in ISCSI-IX to supply the documentation for visa support:

  • Letter of guarantee
  • Invitation letter of ISCSI-IX
  • Schedule of stay (between September 5 and 8, 2022)

In order to request visa support by the organizer, you must meet all the requirements below.

Indispensable condition to request visa support

  1. You have submitted your abstract.
  2. Your paper is accepted.
  3. You have completed online registration.
  4. Your registration fee has been paid.

*Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, visa support cannot be accepted.

No cancellation will be accepted after Sep 1, 2022.

Accompanying Persons (APs) can be registered at the on-site registration desk. The AP Registration Fee is 5,000 Japanese Yen / person. The registered APs can attend the reception, any coffee breaks and the banquet, but cannot attend any scientific sessions in the symposium.
